Dr. Tamara A. Noël, DSW, LCSW, LISW-CP
Dr. Tamara Noel has skillfully practiced in the Mental/Behavioral Health field for over 20 years. With a doctoral degree in Social Work focusing on Advanced Trauma-Informed Leadership and Practices, and a master’s degree in social work from Barry University, Dr. Noel holds Clinical Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. She is also authorized through the Florida Health Department to provide psychotherapy via Tele-Health in the state of Florida. Dr. Noel has worked tirelessly as a Residential Consultant, an Intensive In-Home Services Leader, a Foster Care/Adoptions Supervisor, an In-Patient Psychiatric Social Worker, including Forensics Psychiatry, and a Mental Health Psychotherapist to meet others at their point of need in in-patient, residential, and community-based settings partnering with others to embrace their stories, maximize their potential, and make transformational impact. Such experiences have contributed greatly to her ability to easily engage Individuals, Couples, and Families of different background and cultures sharing equally in their celebrations and their griefs.
Mr. Gelin Noël, Operations Officer
A highly skilled musician, song writer, and Certified French Teacher, Mr. Noel is the glue that keeps Wisdom Solutions together. He is a graduate of Augusta University and serves as our Operations Officer. Mr. Noel is a well-traveled and cultured man who particularly enjoys learning, soccer, music, and humor.
Heather McElderry
Heather McElderry serves as Administrative Assistant at Wisdom Solutions. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is working on her Master of Social Work. She is passionate about working with special needs children and their families. She enjoys reading, and spending time with her family and pets.
Interns
Wisdom Solutions of the CSRA, LLC partners with various universities to serve as a practicum and internship site for master’s level Social Work and Counseling students. The rotation at a mental health and/or social services agency is part of the degree requirement for those students who are nearing graduation. Student interns handle initial contacts with clients, intake paperwork, and provide direct services such as groups, individual and family therapy, as well as limited case management and advocacy as indicated for clients on private pay and sliding scale payments.
